At Gayathri Sarees, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with our handcrafted collections. If you are not entirely happy with your purchase, we offer a seamless return and exchange process within 7 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Request

  Log into your account or contact our customer support team via email with your order ID and photos of the saree to initiate a return request.

  Quality Inspection

  Once your request is approved, ensure the saree is folded in its original packaging with all tags, blouse pieces, and accessories intact for our inspection.

  Pickup and Transit

  We will arrange a complimentary reverse pickup from your address; please ensure someone is available to hand over the securely sealed package to our courier partner.

• 4.
  Refund or Exchange

  After a successful quality check at our warehouse, we will process your full refund to the original payment method or dispatch your chosen exchange item within 3-5 business days.
